KCEOC CAP Inc. is now accepting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Summer Cooling Subsidy Component. This program helps eligible households offset the cost of their electric bills with a one-time benefit ranging from $41 to $250, depending on income and housing status.
