The objective of this survey is to find the perceived needs in the community. A respondent can be anyone who lives, works, or serves Knox County, Kentucky residents. Starting with the first five questions, just choose any response that applies to you. The next two questions are open-ended and require that you list the answers. For the next set of questions, please follow these instructions: The following topic areas require that you pick the three most important needs in each category, please do so. You may choose the other option and type in one write in choice per category. Keep in mind, if you select other, it will count as one of your three choices in that category.
