KCEOC Community Action Partnership is here to help our neighbors stay safe and cool this summer. We’ll be accepting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Summer Cooling Subsidy Component from July 28, 2025, through September 12, 2025.
This program provides a one-time benefit to eligible households to help offset the cost of electric bills during the hottest months of the year. It’s a simple way to get support if high energy costs are stretching your budget.
