Fostering School Readiness

Our program is dedicated to promoting school readiness by enriching the social and cognitive development of children. We achieve this through a comprehensive range of educational, health, nutritional, and social services provided to both enrolled children and their families.

Inclusive Services for All Children

We recognize and cater to the unique needs of children with disabilities and those experiencing homelessness. Emphasizing the pivotal role of parents as the primary educators of their children, our program actively involves them in both administrative and programmatic operations. Volunteers are warmly welcomed and play an integral part in the daily functioning of our program.

Expansive Reach in Kentucky Counties

KCEOC operates Head Start for children aged three to five in Knox, Clay, and Harlan Counties. Additionally, our Early Head Start serves pregnant women and children up to three years old in Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knox, Laurel, and Rockcastle Counties.
