KCEOC’s Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program Application Window is Now Open

KCEOC Community Action Partnership has opened the application window for the Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program. TBRA assists with security and utility deposits, along with ongoing monthly rental assistance and utility allowances for those who qualify. Approved participants must pay a portion of their rent based on their income. Slots are limited; therefore, those interested are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Slots are only available in Knox County.

The application window will remain open until April 30, 2026, at 5:00 pm, and then will close until further notice. Please note that the available slots may be filled before the window closes. Potential applicants will be seen by appointment only due to the limited number of slots available.
