2025-2026 Community Needs Assessment Survey

The Promise of Community Action: Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.

Every year, KCEOC Community Action Partnership conducts a community needs assessment survey for Knox County. This annual survey allows KCEOC Community Action Partnership to gather feedback from individuals living or working in the communities we serve. The insights we receive help us create a blueprint for the necessary programs and services. This assessment helps determine if new programs are needed and enables us to expand current offerings to ensure we fully meet the needs of the community. Your feedback is essential for us to understand how we can best support the Knox County community. Please take a moment to complete the 2025-2026 community needs assessment survey for Knox County, and feel free to invite others to participate as well! The survey will close on December 31, 2025. Thank you for your participation!
