The assessment or survey period was held from July 1st 2022 till December 31st, 2022. A total of 102 client surveys were completed. A total of 53 community provider surveys were completed. Five focus groups were held through this period focusing on Education, Employment, Housing, and Health. Eight key informant interviews were collected from board members, agency staff, and clients.
