Due to the great feedback we received during our last assessment period, KCEOC’s Aging Committee has elected to reissue and re-prioritize the data gathering process for our Aging Needs Assessment for Knox County. The new assessment period will be in effect until the end of February next year and surveys will be accepted until the end of January. If you have already submitted a survey, don't worry, we will still be able to use your feedback.
If you are a service provider and would like to take the newly issued service provider survey, please feel free to do so by clicking the link listed “Service Provider” below. The service provider survey is brief, consisting only of ten questions.
If you are a senior and would like to take the survey please click the link listed “Seniors Only” below. This survey is very in depth and will take an estimated 20-30 minutes to complete.
Any senior living in Knox County or person who works, mentors, or cares for a senior in Knox County may take one of the surveys listed below.
Survey Description: As part of KCEOC Community Action Partnership’s ongoing mission to reduce poverty, increase self-sufficiency, and improve the lives of our Senior Citizens, KCEOC is asking that you assist us by completing this survey. This will aid us to develop more quality programs, improve knowledge and awareness of services available, and to increase the capacity of Knox County to better serve its senior population. KCEOC is conducting a needs assessment to determine the needs of Seniors, and to be more prepared to address future issues concerning our aging population. For research purposes with this assessment, we are considering a SENIOR to be someone 50 or older. We would like to thank you for your feedback and time taken to complete this survey.
